个人简介

蒋晓辉,二级教授,永利官网“秦岭学者”特聘教授,2017年入选陕西省“百人计划”。主要从事社会水文、生态水文及水资源配置等方面的研究,主持完成了国家自然基金重点项目,国家自然基金面上项目、国家“十三五”重点研发项目专题、国家水专项、水利部公益性项目、水利部创新项目以及流域规划、科研及咨询等项目40余项,出版专著3部,发表学术论文70余篇,陕西省自然科学奖一等奖1项,陕西省科学技术奖二等奖1项,获水利部大禹二等奖2项。
